• Fees for online therapy in Ontario  and Nova Scotia are $160.00 per 1 hour session.
• For Indigenous clients the fee is covered by NIHB. Blue cross for veterans and employee programs, insurance such as Canada Life, Greenshield, etc. depending on your plan. Check with your insurance provider.
• I may use a sliding scale as needed. I can discuss individual circumstances with you before entering into sessions through a 20 minute free consult.
• I am a registered psychotherapist in the province of Ontario (CRPO #007848)  and am certified with CCPA (#5985), our Canadian organization.
• I am also registered with the Nova Scotia college NSCCT as an RCT – registered counselling therapist. #RCT-23-037.
• I am covered by insurance plans which cover psychotherapists in Ontario and counselling therapy.
• Currently I accept e-transfer for payment for online sessions and e-transfer, cheque and cash for in-person.
