• Fees for online therapy in Ontario  and Nova Scotia are $150.00 including HST for 55 minutes.
• Fees will be less once the Canadian Government drops the HST. This will be posted here at that time.
• For Indigenous clients the fee is covered by NIHB In Ontario.
• I may use a sliding scale as needed. I can discuss individual circumstances with you before entering into sessions through a 20 minute free consult.
• I am a registered psychotherapist in the province of Ontario (CRPO #007848) and am certified with CCPA (#5985) our Canadian organization.
• I am also registered with the Nova Scotia college NSCCT as an RCT – registered counselling therapist. #RCT-23-037
• Some insurance plans will cover psychotherapists and RCT services.  If you intend to use insurance please contact your insurance company to check your coverage if you have not already done so.  I am covered by insurance plans which cover psychotherapists or social workers in Ontario but only counselling therapy in NS.
• Currently I accept e-transfer for payment for online sessions and e-transfer, cheque and cash for in-person.
